Aadhar Card id mandatory to file Divorce Case in Tamil Nadu

Now Aadhar card is compulsory and mandatory to file a divorce case in the Family Court. The Petitioner should prove their address by filing the Aadhar address before the court. Even though the Petitioner is residing apart from the Aadhar address, the court is not accepting it through any other documents, such as a lease or rental deeds.

Pan Card also became mandatory for the identity proof to register on the court portal. Unless and until the court accepts any Indian citizen to file a matrimonial case in the family courts in Tamil Nadu.  The same court system which exempt mandatory use of the Aadhar card in any services has put strict rules in implementing the Aadhar department. Beggars who have no identity proof cannot reach any family courts in Tamil Nadu for their matrimonial problems.

In some family courts, when the Respondent appears before the court, the court insisting to show the identity by showing their Aadhar card. It is a miracle procedure in Tamil Nadu to show their PAN card for their identity proof for those who live below the poverty line. Several  Courts in the state of Tamil Nadu are witnessing boycotts from the advocate community to oppose this supernatural system. It is opined that the administrators are making laws rather than those who practice laws cause quarrels in the administration of law.

On registering a matrimonial case, every citizen in Tamil Nadu is compelled to take an oath in English. Tamil Nadu thinks that illiteracy is completely eradicated and the entire nation has become another England. A great mystery is that the Tamil Nadu government remains silent on this linguistic matter.
